Greetings,

This is the final day of The Skynet Game. The competition closes at
midnight tonight, all bonus clues will be solvable until then. Prizes
shall be awarded to the three highest ranking Skynet players tomorrow
at 14:00 in the University of Limerick Students Union, Room 2.

Prizes for first second and third place shall include game t-shirts
and HMV vouchers (valued at E50, E30 and E20 respectively).

Anyhow, get cracking on the first clue. It can be found by appending a
loss of the ability to sense weight to the Game URL.

As per usual, my journal entries from yesterday are attached to this mail.

Jan 26th: I have performed far more tests and have depleted my stocks
of core sample. Will need to return to Finland for more core.

Feb 14th: Obtaining valid consistent results, investigating why element
gives off lots of energy at approximately 2ATM. Controllable results, have
isolated biological agent , not bacteria or virus. I have consulted my
biologist friend Jimmy Feng for his opinion on this.

It seems that we have discovered a rare biological catylist in the rock
which causes N2 to split, without requiring significant energy. The free
radicals then rejoin and give off significant energy in the process.

We suspect that with a regulated Nitrogen flow, this energy can be
harnessed for domestic use.

Mar 2nd: We have built our initial prototype, based on Nitrogen flow
control with energy source application. It takes the form factor of a
small Lead-Acid Battery. It is an initial success, but can't run for more
than 2 hours.

It seems that the catalyst splits N2 into two radicals of differing
atomic weight. The lighter particles particles do not give out energy when
recombined, and it seems that when two heavy particles join and are
subsequently re-split they form two light particles.

I have asked for confidentiality amongst those working on this project as
this research may draw unwanted attention.

Mar 25th: We published our initial findings in a Journal near the end of
January. I am regretting this very much as we have had some enquiries from
Oxford. Would like to keep this as low key as possible.

April 4th: I returned to my lab today to find my samples missing. I
returned to my office and two hooded men attacked me and stole my laptop.
Very afraid.
